The intention of this workshop is to educate and inspire participants in the inner dimension of system change, and through unlearning internalized capitalism, to increase their agency, power and wellbeing.
The workshop will cover:
- Inner work as a tool of system change, and how every system has a mindset or story underpinning it (a powerful leverage point for systems change).
- The story of capitalism, and its three components
- The ways in which we’ve internalized capitalism’s story, shaping our beliefs, values and relationship to power.
- How unlearning this story increases our agency and embodied power, accesses a leverage point in change, and helps deepen our capacity for collective power (our belonging driven by relationship as opposed to output).
- Tools and strategies for Getting Free, unlearning this story from the inside out, and challenging our participation in cultural narratives.
