You can adjust or cancel your donor membership level at any time by logging into your account, clicking on your profile menu and then clicking on "Membership" and then "Subscriptions."

Currently, you cannot use the Basics Training benefit for another program. The Basics Training is a pre-requisite for all of our other courses. If you've already taken the Basics training (or have previously taken the Core training), many of our members choose to take it again! Or you can gift the training to someone else.

To gift your Basics Training donor membership benefit to a friend, you can give your unique coupon code which they can use to register for the training. You will receive your unique coupon code by email after you sign up with your donor membership.

Your membership is set to automatically renew every year, but you do not have to maintain your membership. If you wish to cancel your membership, you must do so before the renewal date. You will receive an email prior to renewal letting you know your membership will be renewed

If you wish to cancel your membership, you can do so at any point through your profile inside the RUPI website. Once you cancel, you will no longer be able to use the benefits of the membership.

We don't think you will want a refund, but we will consider refunds depending on the circumstances. We will also consider the benefits you have already used before issuing a refund.
