What happens when you feel like you are TOO much or NEVER enough?

This creates a deep internal conflict. This is the common day to day life of an n’betweener.

An n’betweener often feels caught and split between identities. Caught n’between races, cultures, nationalities, homes, religion, class, sexualities and languages and homes.

Never belonging here nor there. Being too much or too little.

Always being questioned. Having to prove their identities, and legitimize their experience.

An n’betweener lives at the intersection of multiple conflicting identities, struggle with belonging and long to be fully understood and seen.

Unfortunately, the n’betweener experience is often overlooked, it’s missed by mainstream society. It’s just not understood. I coined this term to provide language and validate our experience. Our stories matter and it is important for our unique complex experiences to be represented.

As n’betweeners we can often feel disempowered in the split we experience. This workshop aims to provide support in how to connect to our power, and learn the unique superpowers of n’betweeners.

In this session, you will learn to understand what it means to be an n’betweener and how that impacts your wellbeing. Additionally, you will learn how to use Personal Power as a tool of healing. This session will include a mix of lecture and discussion formats.
