I am the founder and lead facilitator of Constructive Communities, a DC-based consulting practice focusing in conflict resolution and restorative justice training and facilitation.. Through my practice, I’ve gotten to work with community-based organizations, youth development practitioners, labor unions, public schools, international non-profits, summer camps, universities, government employees, grassroots movements, and a wide variety of other communities and partners. I have a Master’s of Science in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University, where I currently teach Restorative Justice to undergraduate students.

I am a founding board member of New Synagogue Project, an inclusive, liberation-focused congregation in Washington, DC. I also volunteer with Courtwatch DC, a program that provides the space and training for the community to observe local court proceedings and to hold judicial actors accountable for injustice in the court system.

Outside of work, I love to travel as much as possible, cook, do crossword puzzles, practice yoga, and play with my very chatty first grader and my very smiley toddler.
