Great overview about the RUP approach and focus

Just the tip of the iceberg. A good introduction that shows how the RUPI focuses on a heart centered, holistic approach to power. Self knowledge exploration Somatic work Mimicry

handouts and transcript were great

We liked the handouts and that the transcript is included. The talking heads was a bit dry, so it would have been nice to have visuals. It felt broken up with short clips and so it did not flow. We like the key messages and the storytelling/imagery used.

Pretty good overview of Power

This was a great way to reflect on Thanksgiving morning! Much of it conforms with my experience in teaching, board (director) work, union organizing, and use of group dynamics. As a Zen Priest, I like the encouragement of Mindfulness 🙂I tend to emphasize Personal Power, and have promoted the development of Personal Empowerment as opposed to the dis-empowering reliance on "Anger Fragility."

Concise, constructive, connecting!!!

Amazingly simple framework with real life benefits. Well delivered, short and sharp delivery of ESSENTIAL life tools. I enjoyed the course and look forward to deepening via application as well as connecting further with the kaupapa (purpose). Mauri ora ki te whaiao ki te ao Marama (Empowering energy as we move from the dark to the bright world of enlightenment.... Maori Proverb)

This has supported me to understand power

Im so grateful for these teachings as I navigate complex ethical pain that I’ve been holding for many years where I lost my voice experiencing injustices and I’m learning with the help of these teachings to find my voice from my compassion and feel the grief in me creating foundations where fires can fuel my ethics in service for supporting others to find their voice. 🙏🏽 Thank you both
