Right Use of Power™ is a dynamic, inspiring, and relational approach to the ethical use of power to promote well-being, the common good and right relationship. We share a language and framework for understanding and navigating power with strength AND heart.
The Right Use of Power™ approach is a conscious ethics deep-dive and recognizes that the issues of power in relationships are complex. Our Right Use of Power™ programs focus on increasing skillfulness, engagement, and awareness in uses of power. It is ethics from the inside out.
This Basics Training is a 2-day, 2.5hrs live, online global learning experience for people who want to deepen their understanding of power and start to learn how to use power with strength and heart. Empowering, relevant, and dynamic, our program is presented through engaging presentations, facilitated discussions, and experiential practices.
In our Basics Training, you will:
- Learn about the five types of power side-by-side with people around the world in a connecting and conscious environment.
- Expand your understanding of the nuances of power, which creates more room for complexity in relationships.
- Deepen your awareness of your own personal power and how it impacts others.
- Get an introduction to power differentials and their key aspects for better navigating relationships.

Leah Fink
Leah Fink is an engaging facilitator, consultant and speaker whose work is grounded in real-world experience transforming mental health in the workplace. As the owner of All Thrive, she brings practical insight from helping organizations identify and close gaps in their mental health practices. With a background as a registered social worker in addictions and mental health, Leah combines professional credibility with a relatable, human-centered approach that focuses on creating meaningful change.
Nelly Marcadet
Nelly Marcadet (she/her/ella/elle) is a power-conscious somatic facilitator and faculty member at the Right Use of Power Institute, where she leads the International Circle. Trained in IFS (Internal Family Systems) and Hakomi, she supports individuals in deepening self-awareness, releasing limiting beliefs, and cultivating harmony in their lives, along with confidence in the ethical use of power.
She provides grounded, welcoming spaces for clarity, integration, and authentic connection, nurturing right relationship with oneself and others.
Nelly collaborates with people from diverse backgrounds — including professionals, spiritual leaders, and communities — fostering wise and compassionate relationships with power, and developing trust, skillfulness, accountability, and integrity.
Her facilitation weaves presence, attunement, and embodied wisdom, gently accompanying each person’s unique unfolding.
