When we shift concepts and systems of power, complex conversations are bound to ensue, and these conversations can test our commitment to such shifts. Conflict is a natural part of change, and how we care for it impacts trust, collaboration, and creativity. Most of us have been socially conditioned to rely on hierarchy to navigate communication and conflict, and we need to learn new skills to be able to care for conflict in ways that foster collective leadership. In this workshop, seasoned trainer Lydia Hooper will help attendees better understand complex dynamics that can underlie conflict, adopt generative mindsets and approaches, and practice these new skills in a learning environment. Compassionate curiosity is encouraged and questions are most welcome!
