There are moments in life that really matter. How we show up and conduct ourselves as leaders in
these moments makes a difference. These are the moments that put our authenticity to the test. Do
we mean it or are we faking it? In this session we will explore the many challenges we face as leaders
and how we can cultivate the courage to show up with authenticity, resilience and effectiveness in the
