Bio:

Chantal is an executive leadership coach and founder of Prologue Consultants & Associates, a consulting firm specializing in organizational and leadership development services. She is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience across the not-for-profit and public sectors, including 15 years coaching senior leaders in the federal public service.

Trained as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Chantal combines her financial and management expertise with extensive training in human behavior, team dynamics, and coaching to support senior leaders in achieving their full potential and driving organizational success. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), she uses a client-centered approach that empowers leaders to cultivate self-awareness, resilience, and agility.

Clients working with Chantal gain clarity in decision making, insights about their environment, and heightened self-awareness that support a leadership style deeply aligned with their core values. She uniquely blends her results-oriented focus with an authentic relating approach to create a challenging yet empowering space for meaningful growth. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Hautes Études Commerciales, a CPA designation, a master’s degree in organizational development from Concordia University, and is certified as a Human Systems Dynamics Professional. She is also a certified facilitator of the Lumina Learning personality psychometric tool and a train-the-trainer facilitator with Coaching Circles Canada.

A lifelong learner and voracious reader, Chantal enjoys parenting, cycling, hiking, and fine food. She lives in Ottawa, Ontario, with her partner and two children, who inspire her every day.
