In this mini workshop, you’ll be introduced to the foundations of the Enneagram — a dynamic map that describes nine personality styles, or character strategies. Together we’ll explore how these patterns shape our power, presence, and leadership.
Learning outcomes:
- Introduction to the Enneagam model
- The nine types and the three centers of intelligence (head, heart, and body)
- How the structure of our personality is central to our personal power and leadership style
To deepen, we will be examining three Enneagram styles through the lens of power.
We will hear three interviews on the topic:
- Cedar Barstow, the founder of RUPI
- Amanda Aguilera, Executive Director
- Sarah Buino, Mission Circle Lead and Board President
The session is led by Sari Ajanko, RUPI Associate Facilitator (in Certification Training) and member of the Mission Circle (Board of Directors). Sari is a Leadership Coach and a Certified Enneagram Teacher in the Narrative Tradition. She has been a teacher and mentor on the narrative enneagram teacher training in Finland.
