Right Use of Power™ is a dynamic, inspiring, and relational approach to the ethical use of power to promote well-being, the common good and right relationship. We share a language and framework for understanding and navigating power with strength AND heart.
This Deep Dive program is a live, online, and global learning opportunity for people who want to dig more deeply into RUPI’s 150% principle and the responsibilities and vulnerabilities associated with Role and Status power differentials. Participants are required to have completed RUPI’s Basics training, or an equivalent, as a pre-requisite for this program. The sessions will be split over two days, with 2 hours each day of facilitated discussions, experiential practices, and interactive group learning.
In this Deep Dive, you will:
- Review the key elements of RUPI’s 150% principle and the vulnerabilities and responsibilities related to role and status power differentials.
- Examine your own relationship to being in an up- or down-power position within a role power differential, including what responsibilities, challenges, needs, and opportunities for resourcing yourself or being supported by others might help you to show up at your best.
- Get peer coaching on a power differential scenario of your choosing. For the second day of this program; we encourage participants to bring a scenario (ideally something from your real life experience) to more deeply explore how you can engage in this power differential with intention and a focus on ethical power consciousness.

She has also been a student in RUPI’s Power-Conscious Authentic Leadership and Power-Conscious Restorative Integration programs.
