Right Use of Power among clergy and church leadership. This will include:
1. Defining Clergy/Church Leadership.
2. Current power dynamics and there affects on emotional wellness for both leader and congregant.
3. How this power dynamic was created (through White Supremacy Culture and church history).
4. Right Use of Power to lead leadership back to Personal Power as the “fuel” of leadership for ministry.
