I am a psychotherapist, lecturer, and author, specialized in various therapeutic approaches, including Hakomi, Psychosynthesis, Somatic Experiencing, Compassionate Inquiry, and NARM. I am also a RUPI facilitator for the Portuguese language. I run my own practice in Cascais (Portugal), offering both individual and group therapy.

For 10 years, I worked in an addiction recovery community, an experience that deepened my exploration of trauma. The Right Use of Power framework has been invaluable in helping me step into my own power, understand relational dynamics, and integrate these insights into my trainings, my work with trauma and addictions, and my personal life. Mindfulness and compassion are the guiding principles behind everything I do.

Before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked in the film industry, taught at the university and in the Army in Italy, where I lived for 11 years. I am Portuguese-Italian, a background that often leaves me feeling I don’t fully belong to any single place.
