My journey with Right Use of Power began during my studies in Hakomi, when I first encountered the book. It immediately resonated with me, and I knew I had to learn more. I dreamt of attending the training, but it wasn’t until the pandemic brought an unexpected opportunity—an introductory workshop available online—that I was able to take the first step. I attended every available training, often more than once, and became an associate teacher and facilitator. The path of power-consciousness, however, is ongoing—there is always more to explore.

Right Use of Power has filled a missing piece in my professional life, particularly when reflecting on my leadership career and other areas of my life. The clarity these concepts offer enhances my work as a leadership coach and trainer.

I am deeply committed to making Right Use of Power accessible to a wide range of professionals and advancing power-conscious coaching practices. I also find great meaning in being part of the Mission Circle, contributing to the work of RUPI.
