About the Book
Shaping Power for Good: Wayfinding to Right Relationship
In this transformative work, Dr. Amanda Aguilera explores power in its many forms, offering a compassionate and practical framework for navigating the complexities of human relationships.
Drawing on decades of research and practice, Dr. Aguilera expands the Right Use of Power™ model to identify six distinct types of power: Personal, Role, Status, Collective, Systemic, and Universal Power.
Through vivid examples and grounded insights, Amanda reveals how power shapes our lives—often in unseen ways—and provides tools to engage with integrity, awareness, and courage.
This book invites readers to:
-
Recognize and reclaim their Personal Power
-
Use Role and Status Power ethically in relationship
-
Harness Collective Power for social transformation
-

Shaping Power for Good is more than a book—it’s a call to action to live in right relationship with self, others, and the systems we inhabit.
