This year-long journey is designed for dedicated Right Use of Power community members who have completed the foundation training and are ready to learn how to facilitate the Basics and Core curriculum – not just the content, but also with the heart of a power-conscious facilitator.
With practical tools and embodied practices, collaborative model-making, skill-building, conscious-raising, and connected experiences, we create a container for each of us to bring our whole selves to this collaborative environment.

Description
This 1 academic year-long (2 semesters) program will consist of five live training sessions held throughout the year. Each session will be 4.5 hours long with a half-hour break.
These live training days are reserved primarily for a deep dive into the Basics and Core training elements. We want to ensure that you are confident in your ability to teach both of these foundational RUPI training offerings so that you can begin on the journey toward becoming RUPI Faculty or to teach it on your own.
Live training sessions will have different facilitation teams of two RUPI faculty members, so you will have the opportunity to learn from a diversity of perspectives. Like all of our training programs, these live training sessions will be full of experiential exercises, connection and embodied learning.
Pre-Requisites:
- Right Use of Power™ Basics Course Completion*
- Right Use of Power™ Core Training Completion
- RUP Specialized Program Completion (at least one of the following that can be taken in tandem):
- Power & Equity Challenge (PEC)
- Power-Conscious Restorative Integration Program (PCRIP)
- RUP for Spiritual Leadership (RSL)
- Power-Conscious Authentic Leadership (PCAL)
- Have training, certification or experience as a facilitator
- A commitment to social justice
- Complete an application to the program
- Payment for the program
What You Can Do After Completion of the Program:
We offer a Certification Membership to those who have graduated from the Facilitator Certification Program.
The cost* of the post-training membership is $480 per year (or $40 monthly) and includes:
- An individual license to teach Basics and/or Core on your own. (This qualifies for one-off trainings only. We have a separate business license if you plan to train inside an organization).
- Eligibility to be considered for a faculty position at RUPI
- Access to slides, handouts and other facilitation tools
- Ability to post your programs to our online calendar
- Listing on our website as a Power-Conscious Practitioner (formerly $500/year)
- Access to the Bimonthly Certified Facilitators’ Community of Practice
- All Continuing Education is required to keep your license active (at no extra cost)
- 50% discount on ANY online training offered by RUPI
*Limited financial assistance is available if needed.

- May 6, 2027 — Warrior Exam
- May 20, 2027 — Graduation
Rate:
- Deposit: $250 (non-refundable) +
- Early Bird: $5,250 (minus the deposit)
- Standard: $6,250 (minus the deposit)

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
- Full refund minus the deposit fee available up to 2 weeks before the first day of training OR
- A voucher for the full amount paid for a future training is available up to 1 week before the first day of training
