This training journey is designed for C4RJ Staff, Volunteers, and Board Members to give practitioners in restorative practices a framework for addressing power in conflict processes.
Beginning with Awareness, we follow the Restorative Integration Pyramid, integrating power-conscious practices into every part of relationship building, maintenance, and repair. With practical tools, embodied practices, collaborative model-making, skill-building, consciousness-raising, and connected experiences, we create a container for each of us to bring our whole selves to this collaborative learning environment.
The prerequisite for this program is the Right Use of Power Basics Training. If you were unable to attend live on September 25-26, 2025, please contact [email protected] for access to the recording. You will need to watch the entire Basics recording before beginning this PCRIP program.
The Power-Conscious Restorative Integration Program (PCRIP) comprises both self-paced online modules and live integration sessions with the following schedule:
Prior to our first Integration Session, you will complete the first two modules:

First Live Integration Session: Wednesday, November 5th, 11am – 1pm EST
- This session will integrate Modules 1 and 2. Be sure to complete these two modules prior to November 5th.

Second Live Integration Session: Wednesday, November 19th, 11am – 1pm EST
- This session will integrate Modules 3 and 4. Be sure to complete these two modules prior to November 19th.

- This session will integrate Modules 5 and 6. Be sure to complete these two modules prior to December 17th.

- This session will integrate Modules 7 and 8. Be sure to complete these two modules prior to January 14th.
Module 9: Generative Conflict
Fifth Live Integration Session: Wednesday, January 28th, 11am – 1pm EST
- This session will integrate Module 9. Be sure to complete this module prior to January 28th.
Module 10: Personal Power & Power-Conscious Facilitation
