I got a lot from the experiential exercises. The presentation from Amanda and Cedar made it easy to take in the information. Pace and amount were just right.

We liked the handouts and that the transcript is included. The talking heads was a bit dry, so it would have been nice to have visuals. It felt broken up with short clips and so it did not flow. We like the key messages and the storytelling/imagery used.
