DESCRIPTION:Our Core Training is a 5-day\, online\, global learning experience that follows our Basics Training (which is a prerequisite for the Core Training). The Core Training is for people who are ready to dive deeper into all of the types of power. In the Right Use of Power™ approach\, we explore our own relationship with power and increase our skill in navigating our personal and professional relationships. \nIn our Core Training\, you will: \n\nExplore role power differentials and learn how to handle challenging interactions when there is a power difference.\nUnderstand the importance of feedback and the difference between intention and impact.\nStart to understand the shadow aspects of power and how we can work with them.\nLearn how to work with conflict in power-conscious and generative ways.\nBetter understand systemic power and how it influences the other types of power.\nLearn about shame and other emotional experiences that may impact our use of power\n\nAfter our training\, participants have said they can now: \n\nBe more ethically proactive around power dynamics.\nEngage their personal power with more awareness and presence.\nBe more aware of the shadow aspects of power.\nLean into feedback and conflict with more skill and awareness of power.\n\nCore Training Series: \n5 Days (4 hours per day\, including 30 min break) \nTime: 9:00am – 1:00pm MDT (Denver/United States) each day \n(Due to the complexity of the time zones\, we are only sharing the Mountain Time Zone. Click here to see the hours in your own time zone(opens in new tab)) \nDates: \n\nMonday\, November 30th\nTuesday\, December 1st\nWednesday\, December 2nd\nThursday\, December 3rd\nFriday\, December 4th\n\n  \nContinuing Education Credits (CEUs): \nThe Right Use of Power Institute™ is an NBCC – Approved Continuing Education Provider (ACEPtm) and may offer NBCC-approved clock hours for events that meet NBCC requirements. The ACEP solely is responsible for all aspects of the program (NBCC Provider #6736). \nThe Right Use of Power Institute™ is an ICF – Approved Continuing Education Provider. Our Core Program has received a total of 12 CEU credits:\n9 credits in: Core Competencies\n3 credits in: Resource Development \nThere is an additional $20 purchase fee for CE documentation. As the owner of All Thrive\, she brings practical insight from helping organizations identify and close gaps in their mental health practices. With a background as a registered social worker in addictions and mental health\, Leah combines professional credibility with a relatable\, human-centered approach that focuses on creating meaningful change.
