SUMMARY:Facilitation Certification Training- September 2026-May 2027
DESCRIPTION:This year-long journey is designed for dedicated Right Use of Power community members who have completed the foundation training and are ready to learn how to facilitate the Basics and Core curriculum – not just the content\, but also with the heart of a power-conscious facilitator. \nWith practical tools and embodied practices\, collaborative model-making\, skill-building\, conscious-raising\, and connected experiences\, we create a container for each of us to bring our whole selves to this collaborative environment. \n:::CLICK HERE TO APPLY TODAY::: \n  \nDescription \nThis 1 academic year-long (2 semesters) program will consist of five live training sessions held throughout the year. Each session will be 4.5 hours long with a half-hour break. \nThese live training days are reserved primarily for a deep dive into the Basics and Core training elements. We want to ensure that you are confident in your ability to teach both of these foundational RUPI training offerings so that you can begin on the journey toward becoming RUPI Faculty or to teach it on your own. \nLive training sessions will have different facilitation teams of two RUPI faculty members\, so you will have the opportunity to learn from a diversity of perspectives. Like all of our training programs\, these live training sessions will be full of experiential exercises\, connection and embodied learning. \n  \nPre-Requisites: \n\nRight Use of Power™ Basics Course Completion*\nRight Use of Power™ Core Training Completion\nRUP Specialized Program Completion (at least one of the following that can be taken in tandem):\n\nPower & Equity Challenge (PEC)\nPower-Conscious Restorative Integration Program (PCRIP)\nRUP for Spiritual Leadership (RSL)\nPower-Conscious Authentic Leadership (PCAL)\n\n\nHave training\, certification or experience as a facilitator\nA commitment to social justice\nComplete an application to the program\nPayment for the program\n\n  \nWhat You Can Do After Completion of the Program: \nWe offer a Certification Membership to those who have graduated from the Facilitator Certification Program. \nThe cost* of the post-training membership is $480 per year (or $40 monthly) and includes: \n\nAn individual license to teach Basics and/or Core on your own. (This qualifies for one-off trainings only.
