DESCRIPTION:Right Use of Power™ is a dynamic\, inspiring\, and relational approach to the ethical use of power to promote well-being\, the common good and right relationship. We share a language and framework for understanding and navigating power with strength AND heart. \nThe Right Use of Power™ approach is a conscious ethics deep-dive and recognizes that the issues of power in relationships are complex. Our Right Use of Power™ programs focus on increasing skillfulness\, engagement\, and awareness in uses of power. It is ethics from the inside out. \nThis Basics Training is a 2-day\, 2.5hrs live\, online global learning experience for people who want to deepen their understanding of power and start to learn how to use power with strength and heart. Empowering\, relevant\, and dynamic\, our program is presented through engaging presentations\, facilitated discussions\, and experiential practices. \nIn our Basics Training\, you will: \n\nLearn about the five types of power side-by-side with people around the world in a connecting and conscious environment.\nExpand your understanding of the nuances of power\, which creates more room for complexity in relationships.\nDeepen your awareness of your own personal power and how it impacts others.\nGet an introduction to power differentials and their key aspects for better navigating relationships.\n\n  \nBasics Training Series: \n2 days (2.5hrs per day) \nTime: 9:30am-12:00pm MST \n(Due to the complexity of the time zones\, we are only sharing the Mountain Time Zone. Click here to see the hours in your own time zone) \n  \nDates: \n\nMonday\, May 11th\, 2026\nMonday\, May 18th\, 2026\n\nWhere: Online using Zoom (link will be provided after registration) \nPlease see our Video Recording Policy. She provides grounded\, welcoming spaces for clarity\, integration\, and authentic connection\, nurturing right relationship with oneself and others. \nShaped by multicultural experiences\, she works primarily in English\, French\, and Spanish\, and is also fluent in Italian and Portuguese — bringing sensitivity to the nuances of language and culture in her facilitation. Nelly collaborates with people from diverse backgrounds — including professionals\, spiritual leaders\, and communities — fostering wise and compassionate relationships with power\, and developing trust\, skillfulness\, accountability\, and integrity.
