DESCRIPTION:Right Use of Power Basics -työpaja \nViidettä kertaa Suomessa ja suomeksi \nTule mukaan ja tutustu Right Use of Power ™  -ajattelun perusteisiin \n  \nRight Use of Power™ on dynaaminen\, inspiroiva ja valtasuhteita tarkasteleva lähestymistapa. RUP-ajattelulla pyritään tukemaan hyvinvointia ja toimivia ihmissuhteita sekä vahvistamaan tietoisempaa suhdetta valtaan ja eettiseen vaikuttamiseen. Tutkimme yhdessä sitä\, miten voimme navigoida kaiken valtaan liittyvän dynamiikan keskellä ja käyttää sekä vaikutusvaltaamme että sydäntämme. \nRight Use of Power -koulutukset ovat syväsukelluksia käytännön etiikkaan. As a leader\, the concept of empowerment had always carried deep meaning\, and I knew instantly that this framework held something essential. \nThough I once dreamed of attending the trainings in Colorado\, it wasn’t until the pandemic that the opportunity opened up—an introductory workshop online. Since that first experience\, I’ve attended nearly every RUPI training available\, many more than once. This path led me to become a facilitator\, associate teacher\, and board member. \nThe ongoing journey of power-consciousness has been deeply transformational. Right Use of Power offered a missing piece in my professional life\, especially as I reflected on my years in leadership.
