To support staff through burnout\, uncertainty\, and change while remaining accountable to boards\, funders\, and the communities they serve. \nIn these environments\, the use of power matters deeply. \nEvery decision\, conversation\, policy\, and leadership action has the potential to build trust\, strengthen relationships\, and create positive impact – or unintentionally cause harm. \nThe Right Use of Power™ is a dynamic\, inspiring\, and relational approach to the ethical use of power to promote well-being\, the common good\, and right relationship. It offers a practical language and framework for understanding and navigating power with strength AND heart. \nRight Use of Power™ programs focus on increasing awareness\, skillfulness\, and engagement in the use of power.
