Uso correcto de Power ™ is at the very heart of ethics. We all been wounded by misuses of power – and there is a way of engaging with power that allows each person to show up in their dignity. The Right Use of Power™ approach to ethics is dynamic and engaging and recognizes that the issues of power in relationships are complex. Linking power with heart, this program focuses on increasing skillfulness, engagement, and awareness of social power dynamics. It is ethics from the inside out.

Nuestra Capacitación is a live, online learning experience for an introduction to the language and framework of Right Use of Power and focuses on exploring personal and role power. Empowering, relevant, and dynamic, our program is presented through engaging talks, facilitated discussions, and experiential practices.

En nuestro Core Training, podrás:

• Learn the overall language and framework used in Right Use of Power
• Learn about your power styles and power parameters
• Practice simple processes for resolving conflict and repairing relationships
• Learn to handle challenging interactions when there is a role power difference
• Develop essential skills for using personal and role power with ethical wisdom and skill

• The Right Use of Power Institute™ is an NBCC – Approved Continuing Education Provider (ACEPtm) and may offer NBCC-approved clock hours for events that meet NBCC requirements. The ACEP solely is responsible for all aspects of the program (NBCC Provider #6736).
